WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR PRODUCTS AND HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR PURCHASE.

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, don’t hesitate to return/exchange it for any item.
 
RETURNS
Email customerservice@lilbeshop.com with your order number, name and a list of items you are returning.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also have original tags and in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free shipping on returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  30 days. If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
 
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Email customerservice@lilbeshop.com with order number, name and a list of items you are returning.   Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  
EXCHANGES
Defective or damage items may be exchanged for the same item. Please email customerservice@lilbeshop.com.
